The CIA Wants To Control The Weather Through 'Geoengineering'



The CIA will partially fund a $630,000 study by the National Academy of Sciences that will investigate how humans could influence the Earth’s climate using ‘geoengineering.’

According to Mother Jones’ Dana Liebelson and Chris Mooney, the project will look into several techniques for altering the environment to prevent climate change.

The first, known as “solar radiation management,” works by pumping chemicals into the atmosphere that reflect some of the sun’s rays back into space in order to reduce the amount of heat retained due to greenhouse gases. 

The second method relies on removing greenhouse gases like carbon monoxide from the atmosphere to counteract the emissions from power plants and automobiles.

This technique has already been attempted on a small scale. Last year, an American entrepreneur named Russ George attempted to create an algae bloom that would theoretically suck CO2 out of the atmosphere by dumping iron filings into the Pacific Ocean. Much like fertiliser for plants, the filings provided vital nutrients to the algae and led to the formation of a large bloom.

The effectiveness of this method is still unclear. If the algae die and sink to the ocean floor, the CO2 they absorb is effectively sequestered. But if fish eat the algae before they can sink, their metabolism will re-emit those gases back into the atmosphere, cancelling out any environmental benefit. Many scientists assume that the latter is the more likely outcome, which is why the scientific community has for the most part condemned George’s experiment.

As for why the CIA is involved with projects attempting to alter the Earth’s climate, a spokesperson told Mother Jones, ”It’s natural that on a subject like climate change the Agency would work with scientists to better understand the phenomenon and its implications on national security.”



Airline Mechanic Blows the Whistle on Chemtrail Operation

For reasons you will understand as you read this I can not divulge my identity.

I am an aircraft mechanic for a major airline. I work at one of our maintenance bases located at a large airport. I have discovered some information that I think you will find important. First, I should tell you something about the “pecking order” among mechanics. It is important to my story and to the cause to which you have dedicated yourself.

Mechanics want to work on three things. The avionics, the engines, or the flight controls. The mechanics that work on these systems are considered at the top of the “pecking order”.

Next come the mechanics that work on the hydraulics and air conditioning systems. Then come the ones who work on the galley and other non-essential systems. But at the very bottom of the list are the mechanics that work on the waste disposal systems.

No mechanic wants to work on the pumps, tanks, and pipes that are used to store the waste from the lavatories. But at every airport where I have worked there are always 2 or 3 mechanics that volunteer to work on the lavatory systems.

The other mechanics are happy to let them do it. Because of this you will have only 2 or 3 mechanics that work on these systems at any one airport. No one pays much attention to these guys and no mechanic socializes with another mechanic who only works on the waste systems.

Fact is, I had never even thought much about this situation until last month. Like most airlines we have reciprocal agreements with the other airlines that fly into this airport. If they have a problem with a plane one of our mechanics will take care of it.

Likewise, if one of our planes has a problem at an airport where the other airline has a maintenance base, they will fix our plane.

One day last month I was called out from our base to work on a plane for another airline. When I got the call the dispatcher did not know what the problem was. When I got to the plane I found out that the problem was in waste disposal system. There was nothing for me to do but to crawl in and fix the problem.

When I got into the bay I realized that something was not right. There were more tanks, pumps, and pipes then should have been there. At first I assumed that the waste disposal system had been changed. It had been about 10 years since I had worked on this particular model of aircraft.

As I tried to find the problem I quickly realized the extra piping and tanks were not connected to the waste disposal system, at all. I had just discovered this when another mechanic from my company showed up. It was one of the mechanics who usually works on this particular type of plane, and I happily turned the job over to him.

As I was leaving I asked him about the extra equipment. He told me to “worry about my end of the plane and let him worry about his end!”

The next day I was on the company computer to look up a wiring schematic. While I was there I decided to look up the extra equipment I had found. To my amazement the manuals did not show any of the extra equipment I had seen with my own eyes the day before. I even tied in to the manufacturer files and still found nothing. Now I was really determined to find out what that equipment did.

The next week we had three of our planes in our main hanger for periodic inspection. There are mechanics crawling all over a plane during these inspections. I had just finished my shift and I decided to have a look at the waste system on one of our planes. With all the mechanics around I figured that no one would notice an extra one on the plane.
Sure enough, the plane I choose had the extra equipment! I began to trace the system of pipes, pumps, and tanks. I found what appeared to be the control unit for the system. It was a standard looking avionics control box but it had no markings of any kind.

I could trace the control wires from the box to the pumps and valves but there were no control circuits coming into the unit. The only wires coming into the unit was a power connection to the aircraft’s main power bus.

The system had 1 large tank and 2 smaller tanks. It was hard to tell in the cramped compartment, but it looked like the large tank could hold about 50 gallons. The tanks were connected to a fill and drain valve that passed through the fuselage just behind the drain valve for the waste system.

When I had a chance to look for this connection under the plane I found it cunningly hidden behind a panel under the panel used to access the waste drain.

I began to trace the piping from the pumps. These pipes lead to a network of small pipes that ended in the trailing edges of the wings and horizontal stabilizers.

If you look closely at the wings of a large airplane you will see a set of wires, about the size of your finger, extending from the trailing edge of the wing surfaces. These are the static discharge wicks. They are used to dissipate the static electric charge that builds up on a plane in flight.

I discovered that the pipes from this mystery system lead to every 1 out of 3 of these static discharge wicks. These wicks had been “hollowed out” to allow whatever flows through these pipes to be discharged through the fake wicks.

It was while I was on the wing that one of the managers spotted me. He ordered me out of the hanger telling me that my shift was over and I had not been authorized any overtime.

The next couple of days were very busy and I had no time to continue my investigation. Late one afternoon, two days after my discovery, I was called to replace an engine temperature sensor on a plane due to take off in two hours. I finished the job and turned in the paperwork.

About 30 minutes later I was paged to see the General Manager. When I went in his office I found that our union rep and two others who I did not know were waiting on me. He told me that a serious problem had been discovered. He said that I was being written up and suspended for turning in false paperwork.

He handed me a disciplinary form stating that I had turned in false paperwork on the engine temperature sensor I had installed a few hours before. I was floored and began to protest. I told them that this was ridiculous and that I had done this work.

The union rep spoke up at this point and recommended that we take a look at the plane to see if we could straighten it all out. I then asked who the other two men were. The GM told me that they were airline safety inspectors but would not give me their names.

We proceeded to the plane, which should have been in the air but was parked on our maintenance ramp. We opened the engine cowling and the union rep pulled the sensor. He checked the serial number and told everyone that it was the old instrument. We then went to the parts bay and went back into the racks.

The union rep checked my report and pulled from the rack a sealed box. He opened the box and pulled out the engine temperature sensor with the serial number of the one I had installed. I was told that I was suspended for a week without pay and to leave immediately.

I sat at home the first day of my suspension wondering what the hell had happened to me. That evening I received a phone call. The voice told me “Now you know what happens to mechanics who poke around in things they shouldn’t. The next time you start working on systems that are no concern of yours you will lose your job! As it is, I’m feeling generous, I believe that you’ll be able to go back to work soon.” CLICK.

Again, I had to pick myself from off the floor. As my mind raced, it was at this moment that I made the connection that what had happened to me must have been directly connected to my tracing the “mysterious” piping.

The next morning the General Manager called me. He said that due to my past excellent employment record that the suspension had been reduced to one day and that I should report back to work immediately. The only thing I could think of was “what are they trying to hide” and “who are ‘THEY’”!

That day at work went by as if nothing had happened. None of the other mechanics mentioned the suspension and my union rep told me not to talk about it. That night I logged onto the Internet to try to find some answers.

I don’t remember now how I got there but I came across a site that talked about chemically-laced contrails.

That’s when it all came together. But the next morning at work I found a note inside my locked locker. It said, “Curiosity killed the cat. Don’t be looking at Internet sites that are no concern of yours.”

Well that’s it. Now I know ‘THEY’ are watching me.

While I don’t know what THEY are spraying, I can tell you how they are doing it. I figure they are using the “honey trucks”. These are the trucks that empty the waste from the lavatory waste tanks.

The airports usually contract out this job and nobody goes near these trucks. Who wants to stand next a truck full of sh–. While these guys are emptying the waste tanks, it makes sense that they could easily be filling the tanks of the spray system.

They know the planes flight path so they probably program the control unit to start spraying some amount of time after the plane reaches a certain altitude. The spray nozzles in the fake static wicks are so small that no one in the plane would see a thing.

God help us all.

Russia ‘Attacks’ Clouds to Clear Sky for City Day Celebration

In an effort to deter possible “bad weather” the Russian capital city of Moscow cleared the skies of any clouds that may possibly have gotten in the way of their Den’ Goroda (or City Day) festivities.


According to Pravda, the city carried out an airborne “attack” on bothersome clouds with 10 aircraft specially equipped to deliver CO2 (in the form of dry ice), liquid nitrogen and a powdered cement reagent called “cement m-500.”

In what is being reported as a “meteorological defense,” the Russian government spent 64 million rubles ($20 million) to “dissipate” clouds in Moscow in preparation for Moscow’s “birthday” celebration.

Pravda hints at the military’s ability to manipulate weather, “The technology to dissipate clouds above Moscow was developed decades ago,” but it doesn’t disclose what other type of weather technology is available.

While a festival that brings citizens together is in itself a very good thing, $20 million is quite a bit of cheese to splurge on something as seemingly unimportant as a festival. (Perhaps Russia’s using the rubles its defense department saved by evacuating their Syrian naval base in Tartus this weekend, according to Israel’s DEBKAfile, in anticipation of military intervention by the United States or NATO.)

Governments being able to manipulate the weather is nothing new. As recently as this past July, Iran’s head of cultural heritage and tourism organization publicly accused the U.S. of “using special equipment” to “prevent rain clouds from reaching regional countries, including Iran.”

Geo-engineering and weather modification in general are topics all governments would like to keep their citizens in the dark about.

Although Pravda reports the manipulation of clouds as just a common everyday occurrence, the fact that it does not go into detail reveals the publication’s true intent, which is to keep its readers at arms length from ever learning the true nature of weather control.

Despite the fact that geo-engineering takes place on a daily basis around the world in the form of chem-trail spraying and the fact that mainstream publications like Pravda and others tout weather manipulation capabilities, people that point out governments’ abilities to control weather are still routinely labeled “conspiracy theorists.”

Shading Earth: Delivering Solar Geoengineering Materials to Combat Global Warming May Be Feasible and Affordable


ScienceDaily (Aug. 29, 2012) — A cost analysis of the technologies needed to transport materials into the stratosphere to reduce the amount of sunlight hitting Earth and therefore reduce the effects of global climate change has shown that they are both feasible and affordable.

Published August 31, 2012, in IOP Publishing's journal Environmental Research Letters, the study has shown that the basic technology currently exists and could be assembled and implemented in a number of different forms for less than USD $5 billion a year.

Put into context, the cost of reducing carbon dioxide emissions is currently estimated to be between 0.2 and 2.5 per cent of GDP in the year 2030, which is equivalent to roughly USD $200 to $2000 billion.

Solar radiation management (SRM) looks to induce the effects similar to those observed after volcanic eruptions; however, the authors state that it is not a preferred strategy and that such a claim could only be made after the thorough investigation of the implications, risks and costs associated with these issues.

The authors caution that reducing incident sunlight does nothing at all to reduce greenhouse gas concentrations in the atmosphere, nor the resulting increase in the acid content of the oceans. They note that other research has shown that the effects of solar radiation management are not uniform, and would cause different temperature and precipitation changes in different countries.

Co-author of the study, Professor Jay Apt, said: "As economists are beginning to explore the role of several types of geoengineering, it is important that a cost analysis of SRM is carried out. The basic feasibility of SRM with current technology is still being disputed and some political scientists and policy makers are concerned about unilateral action."

In the study, the researchers, from Aurora Flight Sciences, Harvard University and Carnegie Mellon University, performed an engineering cost analysis on six systems capable of delivering 1-5 million metric tonnes of material to altitudes of 18-30 km: existing aircraft, a new airplane designed to perform at altitudes up to 30 km, a new hybrid airship, rockets, guns and suspended pipes carrying gas or slurry to inject the particles into the atmosphere.

Based on existing research into solar radiation management, the researchers performed their cost analyses for systems that could deliver around one million tonnes of aerosols each year at an altitude between 18 and 25 km and between a latitude range of 30°N and 30°S.

The study concluded that using aircraft is easily within the current capabilities of aerospace engineering, manufacturing and operations. The development of new, specialized aircraft appeared to be the cheapest option, with costs of around $1 to $2 billion a year; existing aircraft would be more expensive as they are not optimized for high altitudes and would need considerable and expensive modifications to do so.

Guns and rockets appeared to be capable of delivering materials at high altitudes but the costs associated with these are much higher than those of airplanes and airships due to their lack of reusability.

Although completely theoretical at this point in time, a large gas pipe, rising to 20 km in the sky and suspended by helium-filled floating platforms, would offer the lowest recurring cost-per-kilogram of particles delivered but the costs of research into the materials required, the development of the pipe and the testing to ensure safety, would be high; the whole system carries a large uncertainty.

Professor Apt continued: "We hope our study will help other scientists looking at more novel methods for dispersing particles and help them to explore methods with increased efficiency and reduced environmental risk."

The researchers make it clear that they have not sought to address the science of aerosols in the stratosphere, nor issues of risk, effectiveness or governance that will add to the costs of solar radiation management geoengineering.


 Sprayed and confused
Chemtrails—insidious corporate plot to slowly poison population?! (Or, merely evaporated water...)

It's a sight so common you've probably stopped noticing: a plane cutting across the sky and behind it a thin, pale wisp of vapor. Sometimes it disappears quickly; sometimes it lingers, dissolving into the blue like an Alka-Seltzer tablet in a giant glass of water.

To most people, this phenomenon is no more remarkable than smoke billowing from a chimney or foggy breath on a cold day. But for the burgeoning chemtrail movement it's something else entirely: part of a secret, relentless effort to blanket the atmosphere with toxic chemicals. Depending upon whom you ask, the conspiracy and coverup involve a dizzying array of international players both public and private. What are they after? That's even more complicated.

Maybe you've already dismissed the chemtrail crowd—whose exhortations have graced the Pacific Sun's letters-to-the-editor page on more than one occasion—as a flock of Chicken Littles in tinfoil hats. Maybe you're a fervent believer. Or maybe you've never heard of chemtrails, in which case you've almost certainly got a lot of questions.

Our search for answers begins, not surprisingly, in Fairfax where a pending resolution could make the town an official "chemtrail-free zone." It's the brainchild of Peter Kirby, a 40-year-old San Rafael resident who's made chemtrails his personal cause celebre.

"The first time I heard about it I thought, what a bunch of garbage," said Kirby. Then, about a year-and-a-half ago while "trolling around the Internet for conspiracy theories" he stumbled on a YouTube video that appears to show a plane spraying an unknown substance. (Kirby sent us a link to the clip, which is taken from an aerial perspective and heavily edited; go to YouTube and search for "Plane spraying chemicals"; click on the one posted by ConspiracyTVwithMr.X) According to Kirby, he's "been treating it as a real, serious issue ever since."

Serious enough that he authored Resolution No. 12-07, which declares, in part: "The people of Fairfax recognize that geoengineers are spraying particulate matter from jet airplanes; an activity which produces what are commonly referred to as 'chemtrails.'"

Who does Kirby think is behind the spraying? "The government is letting it happen, but I think it's banks and hedge funds. It's a big insurance-fraud scam."

Asked to elaborate, Kirby points to an article he wrote for titled "The Chemtrail Business." The first four paragraphs read as follows:

The spraying itself is carried out by the U.S. military; probably the Air Force. The orders mostly come from Wall Street. The military man or men in charge of the operation take orders from an intelligence agency.

The people giving orders from the intelligence agency's headquarters are taking orders from Wall Street. To make a buck, energy companies, insurance companies, big banks and other catastrophe reinsurance and weather derivatives market players direct the military in their chemtrail spraying activities.

Ultimately, the taxpayer pays for it all through bailouts. Geoengineers serve as consultants to both intelligence agencies and the military.

"This is the theory I am entertaining. Do you care to join me?"

JET TRAILS, COMMONLY referred to as "contrails," have been around since the dawn of air travel. According to multiple atmospheric scientists we contacted for this story, they're perfectly normal and quite harmless.

But, chemtrail proponents claim, some time around the mid-'90s those formerly benign streaks of effluvium became bigger, more prevalent and suddenly dangerous.

"When I was a kid, you see a plane flying over and there's this tiny little tail on it," said Kirby. "Now there's all these lines and squiggles and all this [stuff] in the sky. It's totally wrong."

We asked Kirby about a series of Life magazine photographs, some from the 1940s, re-published on the site . They show large, diffuse contrails that look an awful lot like contemporary chemtrails.

"I think it's professionally produced high-tech propaganda," Kirby replied. Who's producing it? "Western intelligence agencies, working in collusion with corporations."

For all the groups he implicates, Kirby doesn't think commercial airlines are involved, as some contend. "People have said it's in the jet fuel, but that doesn't make sense to me. I think it's fleets of jets, and I think they're military jets. I think they're controlled remotely at NORAD [North American Aerospace Defense Command]."

Still, we reached out to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), which regulates all civilian air travel. "Contrails are formed by engine water vapor that crystallizes at high altitudes. They can remain in the sky for a long time when the air is humid and tend to dissipate more quickly when the air is dry," said FAA spokesman Ian Gregor. "'Chemtrails' [are] a myth."

As with all conspiracy theories, official denials only harden believers' resolve. Kirby says he's "100 percent certain" chemtrails are real. And he rejects the term "conspiracy theory."

"It's a label people can put on something so they don't have to think about it anymore," he said.

Kirby first pushed his resolution in his hometown of San Rafael, but says he was rebuffed. So he turned to Fairfax, with better results (the Council tabled the matter at its January meeting but is slated to take it up next month).

Mayor Pam Hartwell-Herrero, who sponsored the resolution, says it's being rewritten. "I took this issue up because [former Fairfax councilmember] Lew Tremaine had promised a citizen that he would and wasn't able to get to it before he retired from the Council," Hartwell-Herrero wrote in an e-mail. "We have had concerns voiced from a number of citizens regarding this issue and as a representative I felt it was reasonable to go on record that our community does not want to be subject to geoengineering experiments without our consent or knowledge."

Not exactly a ringing endorsement, but not an outright rejection either.

GEOENGINEERING, THE CENTRAL thread that ties the chemtrail quilt together, is real. Or at least, it's really being discussed.

Multiple government studies, all published and part of the public record, outline the pros and cons of releasing various compounds—including metals like aluminum, strontium and barium—into the atmosphere, often as a last-ditch salvo against climate change.

But every available study has one other thing in common: they all say geoengineering is stuck at the theoretical phase—no tests, no real-world spraying and certainly no widespread deployment.

For filmmaker Michael Murphy—whose movie What in the World Are They Spraying? may be the most definitive attempt to explain chemtrails—the fact that geoengineering is being talked about is worrying in itself. But, like Kirby (who credits Murphy with "leading the charge"), he's fully convinced it's gone far beyond the conceptual phase.

In fact, Murphy calls chemtrails "one of the greatest ecological and human health catastrophes that we have ever seen."

Also, like Kirby, Murphy believes the conspiracy is vast and far-reaching, involving "many different corporations and many different governments."

He compares the conspiracy to the Manhattan Project, with thousands of participants, some of whom may be unaware what they're truly doing.

"Do I think the people who are involved in, say, delivering the aluminum and other chemicals to the airplanes are aware of what the whole program is about?" Murphy asked rhetorically via phone while weaving through L.A. traffic. "The answer to that is no."

At the same time, Murphy said, "It always baffles [me] to see how people can be complicit in the coverup of these programs and believe they won't be affected by it."

Murphy is referring to people like Ronald Cohen, director of the Berkeley Atmospheric Science Center, who told us, "Airplanes burn fuel. Burning is the reaction of fuel with oxygen to produce water and CO2. The water is the source of contrails. No other ingredients are needed."

And people like Mark Jacobson, who heads up Stanford's atmosphere/energy program. He recently published a paper about airplane emissions and said, "We can calculate the formation and evolution of contrails quite precisely based on physical principles based simply on water vapor and particulate matter emissions at the correct temperature and relative humidity over ice."

Are they part of the conspiracy?

"They typically are looking at the science of contrails. We're looking at contamination," replied Murphy. "And the contamination that we're finding in the air matches geoengineers' plans and proposals to spray [toxins] into our air."

Murphy's next project is a film about weather control—his Empire Strikes Back follow-up to his first film's A New Hope. One of the experts Murphy consulted is former Idaho weatherman Scott Stevens who contends, among other things, that Hurricane Katrina was the work of Japanese scientists. According to Murphy, Stevens now says the weather has been "100 percent corporatized." Not only are they spraying things on us, they're controlling the five-day forecast. "I'm not sure about that," Murphy said. "I do believe nature plays a role."

"We question everything," Murphy told us when we asked how certain he is that chemtrails are real. "What I will say is thousands of dots connect."

LET'S IMAGINE FOR a moment that the dots don't connect, that this is merely an elaborate fantasy. What would make people like Kirby and Murphy—who come across as relatively sane, even average—dive into the rabbit hole?

In his book, The Believing Brain: From Ghosts and Gods to Politics and Conspiracies, Michael Shermer writes, "Once beliefs are formed, the brain begins to look for and find confirmatory evidence in support of those beliefs, which adds an emotional boost to further confidence in the beliefs and thereby accelerates the process of reinforcing them, and round and round the process goes in a positive feedback loop of belief confirmation."

We are wired, in other words, to throw good mental money after bad, doubling down on our mistaken notions because, dang it, they're ours. Contradictory evidence is either dismissed or discredited, and facts, however desultory, are pieced together to form a whole, real or imagined.

This is how conspiracy theories work, and upon inspection chemtrails certainly fit the mold. Add the fact that airplanes have become especially sinister in our post-9/11 world and you have all the makings of a fringe obsession more focused on sensationalism than reality. Then again, by writing that, we've likely implicated ourselves in the coverup.

In fact, near the end of our interview, Murphy noted that "a lot of media sources have interest in corporations that benefit from weather control." He asked if we were looking to do a hit piece on him and we assured him we weren't. But, we asked, doesn't it frustrate you that so many have dismissed the theory or are unaware of it? "Millions of people have woken up to this," he replied, his voice suddenly upbeat again. "We have a worldwide movement going on right now. We have politicians now who are interested in this and addressing it. I couldn't be more happy."

Added Murphy: "I can tell you from the depth of my heart that we don't have a greater threat to our planet."

GIVEN FAIRFAX'S PROPENSITY for symbolic gestures and the mayor's tepid support, Kirby's resolution has a decent chance of passing. And, you could argue, that's not a bad thing. Even if geoengineering remains in the planning phase, a little preemptive legislation couldn't hurt.

Then again, with the range of pressing problems facing the county, state, country and planet, is this where we want our officials to focus their attention?

Much like chemtrails themselves, those are open questions. And if the sky holds the answers, well, the sky isn't talking.

Ultimately, the taxpayer pays for it all through bailouts.  Geoengineers serve as consultants to both intelligence agencies and the military.

Owning the Weather:

Let us first address my assertion that the spraying is carried out by our military.  We will refer to the seminal document ‘Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025′ released by the U.S. Department of Defense at the behest of the Air Force in August of 1996.  The authors examine how stratospheric aerosols (chemtrails) can be used in conjunction with other ground and space based technologies to modify weather.

The document mostly speaks to military combat applications, but there are some very interesting quotes.  Here’s one, “In the United States, weather-modification will likely become a part of national security policy with both domestic and international applications.”  I’d like to hear more about those ‘domestic applications’.

Or, how about this one, “Between now and 2005, technological advances in meteorology and the demand for more precise weather information by global businesses will lead to the successful identification and parameterization of the major variables that affect weather.”  One of those ‘global businesses’ wouldn’t happen to be Enron, would it?

I find this choice of title very interesting.  Why did they choose the word ‘own’ to describe their objectives?  Of course, you cannot own the weather.  Can you own the Sun?  The title is a non sequitur.  The word ‘own’ implies material gain, therefore using the word ‘own’ makes sense if chemtrails are sprayed for financial gain.  ‘Own’ is ‘nwo’ backwards.  ‘NWO’ is an acronym for ‘New World Order’.

It is not surprising to see that the Air Force produces much of our military’s weather information and related services.  These activities logically fall under their jurisdiction.  The Air Force maintains the Air Force Weather Agency, which states it’s purpose as delivering, “…accurate, relevant, and timely environmental information, products, and services, anywhere in the world.”

Don’t get me wrong.  I’m not knocking our entire military or the entire Air Force.  I realize that militaries and air forces are necessary things.  My targets are those individuals inside these organizations who have not been true to their purpose and hide it all from their brothers and sisters.

If any of the military chemtrail sprayers are reading this, I urge you, please!  Stop the insanity!  We’re all being murdered.  How much money would you accept for your eyes?  Only the devil has such outrageous demands!  You are offering your soul.  For what?  Death?  There is still time.  Repent!

The Catastrophe Reinsurance Market:  

In my previous paper Chemtrails and Weather Derivatives, I gave an overview of the weather derivatives market.  I speculated that chemtrail spraying is due to people manipulating that market.

I have since learned of another financial market which rises and falls with the weather; the ‘catastrophe reinsurance’ market.  Thanks goes to The Intel Hub commenter calling himself ‘W.C. Relbak’.

The weather derivatives market and the catastrophe reinsurance markets are part of a larger market known as the ‘Alternative Risk Transfer’ market.  The Alternative Risk Transfer market is an insurance market.  ‘Risk transfer’ is insurance.

The catastrophe reinsurance market involves more money than the weather derivatives market… how much more?  While the Weather Risk Management Association recently pegged the value of the global weather derivatives market at about $12B, industry player Nephila Capital’s website states, “The amount of notional exposure that trades in the catastrophe reinsurance market each year is approximately $200B.”  Now we’re talking about your ‘disaster capitalism’ industry!

2011 was a big year for the catastrophe reinsurance market.  In September of 2011, the industry’s biggest broker Guy Carpenter released a report stating, “The devastating earthquakes in New Zealand and Japan, along with damaging tornadoes and floods in the United States and Australia, have resulted in insured losses of around USD70 billion so far this year.”

Financial market deregulation enabled the existence of today’s catastrophe reinsurance and weather derivatives markets.  The repeal of Glass-Steagall was key.  Here is a passage from a book by industry insider Erik Banks;

“In the US, product and market convergence has been aided by the passage of the 1999 Financial Modernization Act (i.e., the Gramm-Leach-Biley Act), which eliminated the 1933 Glass-Steagall Act and Depression-era legislation that prohibited banks and insurance companies from encroaching on each other’s territory.”

When Mr. Banks refers to ‘convergence’, he’s writing about money pouring into the insurance industry from the banking industry.

According to Mr. Banks, for tax and regulatory reasons, many catastrophe reinsurance industry participants choose to domicile in countries such as: Bermuda, the Cayman Islands, the British Virgin Islands, Luxembourg and Ireland.

The catastrophe reinsurance market consists of banks, insurance companies, hedge funds and related financial sector businesses.  None of the material I read mentioned any retail investor participation.  This is a professional insurance market.

Although industry consolidation remains a trend, related financial sector businesses such as Bermuda Transformers are needed to perform specific functions such as converting derivative instruments into reinsurance contracts.  Brokers negotiate deals.  The biggest brokers are Willis Group Holdings and Guy Carpenter & Company.

The banks provide the capital.  Through debt, they own everything including the catastrophe reinsurance market.  They’re here to get their cut.  Don’t ask too many questions, capiché?  I’m not exactly sure which banks are funding this industry.  Details are sketchy.  I couldn’t find anybody compiling these numbers.  The banks probably don’t release sufficient numbers.

In this scenario, it makes sense that the catastrophe reinsurance market participants from the banking sector be big and corrupt.  They need to be big because a lot of money is required.  They need to be corrupt because the situation I’m proposing is a genocidal rip-off.  Those qualifications lead you to the usual suspects: Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, Citibank and the rest.  If you don’t know that the big banks are corrupt by now, may God have mercy on your soul.

Hedge funds such as Nephila Capital are here to play.  Also, big banks have internal hedge funds which apparently play the catastrophe reinsurance market.  I find it quite odd that these people bet big money on something as unpredictable as the weather.  Maybe I just think too much.

Insurance companies are here because they originated the market.  Insurance companies sell catastrophe reinsurance contracts and securities.  These names keep coming up: Swiss Reinsurance America Corporation, Munich Re America, Corp. and XL Reinsurance America, Inc..

In a completely unrelated note, industry heavyweight Marsh & McLennan (who owns the industry’s biggest American broker Guy Carpenter) had all their World Trade Tower offices wiped out on 9/11.  You see, Marsh & McLennan occupied floors 93-100.  On the day of 9/11, the first plane completely gutted floors 93-99; killing every person on all of those floors.

Maybe somebody wanted to make sure certain people were taken care of.  Maybe the target was some people on the 96th floor; which was direct center.  Maybe guys from Afghanistan who didn’t know how to fly did it.  Maybe it was Bigfoot, the Tooth Fairy or a purple dinosaur.  9/11 was an outside job and chemtrails do not exist.  I digress.

 It’s All About the Weather Modification:

The Air Force ‘Owning the Weather’ report shows that chemtrails are sprayed as part of a weather modification system employing ground and space based monitoring and support.  The Air Force says this weather modification system is capable of steering, suppressing and intensifying storms.

Spraying stratospheric aerosols is known to have an effect on weather.  Geoengineers would not be proposing such activities if it didn’t.  Weather modification is their stated objective.

Geo-Engineer Hui Su was recently quoted as saying, “So, if you put an aerosol in the stratosphere, I am sure that it will have a strong relative impact on the full clouds.  Because those aerosols make sediments into the upper troposphere, then they will impact the temperature, water vapor (and) other clouds…  We found that they do have a lot of impact on the precipitation and cloud systems and local temperature.”

If a bank or insurance company wants to position themselves to gain a whole lot of money in the case of a series of catastrophic hurricanes in a particular region, let’s say, or a certain region suffering a sustained draught or floods or tornadoes or earthquakes, that’s what the catastrophe reinsurance market is for.  Weather modification systems either can or have been speculated to produce all these ‘natural’ disasters.

The government reports such as ‘Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather 2025′ and geoengineers themselves say weather modification systems can produce hurricanes, draughts and floods.

Although I don’t remember any geoengineer ever mentioning that weather modification systems can produce tornadoes, it has at least been speculated that these types of systems can do so.  It seems like something a system like this would be able to do.  There has been much speculation about how the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (H.A.A.R.P.), used in conjunction with chemtrails, can produce earthquakes.

The greater effect you have on the weather, the greater effect you can have in the catastrophe reinsurance market.

 Who pays for all this?

So right about now, you may be wondering, “Where does the money come from?”  As usual, you can look in the mirror.


Most insurance companies do catastrophe reinsurance business with insurance companies they own called ‘captives’.  I use the terms ‘insurance’ and ‘reinsurance’ here interchangeably because they are both essentially the same thing.  Insurance companies claim that when their subsidiary (captive) sells them an insurance contract or security, the insurance company and it’s subsidiary are counterparties in that transaction.

Welcome to the insane world of a fascist system masquerading as a free market.  When a dog services himself, is there a chance that he may generate offspring?  Does a snake benefit greatly by eating it’s own tail?  I’m sure the geniuses on Wall Street would inform me that I’ve got it all wrong and that ‘financial innovation’ is great, but I don’t consider it progress when I sell something to myself.  Keeping it all in the family is also a good way to hide things.

The insurance company’s real counterparties are the banks that own the insurance company through debt.

The insurers collude with their banker counterparties to make sure that most of the losses end up with the bank and then, when the bank becomes insolvent, the bank gets taken over or bailed out.  Most employees get screwed, but who cares?  The big boys get their usual gargantuan bonuses and golden parachutes.  If the losses end up with the insurer, they get taken over or, as in the case of AIG, bailed out.  This way, the losses always end up on the backs of the taxpayer.

This is the strategy, people.  It’s tried, tested and true.  If you are unaware of the long history of banks and other financials being in the business of getting bailed out, I suggest you read Ed Griffin’s ‘The Creature from Jekyll Island’.  The banker bailouts of three years ago (which continue to this day) are well known.  Obamacare is cover for the insurance industry bailout.  Through FEMA, the federal government sells flood insurance.

Harvard professor and catastrophe reinsurance industry insider Kenneth Froot writes;

“Ex-post financing of catastrophes occurs when other parties step in to transfer funds to those who experienced event losses.  Chief among these entities is, of course, the US government.  As is well known, the government has a major role in funding disasters at both state and federal levels, through a number of agencies, and through both the executive and legislative branches.  Since the late 1970s, the Federal government has spent annually an average of $8 billion (current) dollars on disaster assistance.  This is far greater than the average annual loss born by reinsurers on US catastrophe coverage.  In some forms of disasters, notably floods, the federal government has electively eliminated the incentive for private insurance contracts.  Indeed, before the Federal government stepped in to provide disaster relief, private insurers did offer flood insurance.

“The federal government is not the only entity involved in ex-post financing of catastrophes.  State guarantee funds are often the next line of defense if an insurer is unable to meet its policy liabilities.  And if the state fund is exhausted, then solvent insurance companies are often required to make up the difference.”

Wall Street and Intelligence Agencies: 

My proposed scenario entails the need for liaisons between the military and Wall Street.  These liaisons or ‘buffers’ are supplied by Western intelligence agencies.  Their criminal buffering activities consist of collecting Wall Street’s requests, obtaining security clearances and other authorizations, sanitizing information, inserting their own instructions and ultimately providing the military with detailed chemtrail spraying orders.

These activities are consistent with typical Western intelligence agency operations.

An intelligence agency is involved because it is advantageous to both Wall Street and the military to not know who exactly is on the other end of their transactions.  The intelligence agency’s activities increase anonymity which may ultimately shield individuals from prosecution should their activities become exposed.  Criminals require buffers.  Or as Willi Cicci said in The Godfather Part 2, “The family had a lot of buffers.”

An intelligence agency is also needed as a liaison because they can determine how the day to day operations should go on so as to not jeopardize the overall program.  In other words, they make sure the day to day operations are conducted in such a fashion as to keep the operation as secret as possible.

An intelligence agency can also direct the finer points of spraying.  The finer points would include spraying chemtrails as a psychological operation.  The people ordering from Wall Street are not concerned with the psy-operational aspects of chemtrail spraying.

An example of chemtrail spraying as a psychological operation might be a single chemtrail sprayed in a sky otherwise devoid of chemtrails.  A single chemtrail will not have a significant effect on weather, but the purpose of this might be to make people think that white lines in the sky are normal.

There is a better chance that people may only subconsciously notice a single white line in the sky rather than a whole grid which may be consciously noticed.  If a person only subconsciously notices something many times, that phenomenon becomes subconsciously registered as normal.  Intelligence agencies such as the CIA are masters of subliminal manipulations.

Intelligence agencies are also needed here to provide the operation with cover and protection.  In the information war, cover comes in the form of media dis/misinformation.

Cover also comes in the form of providing security and maintenance at the various chemtrail spray plane facilities scattered around North America.  The protection comes in the form of cars being ran off roads or black uniformed thugs with automatic firearms kicking your door in at 5:00AM.  Protection also comes in the form of legal intimidation.  Western intelligence agencies have people to do all these things and more… oh so much more!

 The Role of Geo-Engineers:

Geo-Engineers, in this scenario, would be needed to serve dual purposes as advisers to both the military and Wall Street.

Either directly or indirectly through an intelligence agency, Geo-Engineers would need to consult the commander(s) of the military spray operation(s).  A highly scientific operation such as this requires professional scientific advice.

In this scenario, geo-engineers would also need to be in contact with Wall Street via intelligence agencies.  The financial market players from Wall Street need detailed information about exactly how the weather may be modified in any given situation.

The geo-engineers tell intelligence agencies what is possible.  Intelligence agencies relay this information to Wall Street.  Acting upon the buffered advice, the financial sector participants decide what they want and then give their orders back to the intelligence agency who, in turn, gives the military their orders.


This proposed scenario is insurance fraud; plain and simple.  It may be institutionalized, systematic, industrial strength insurance fraud foisted upon the taxpayers instead of onto an insurance company, but insurance fraud nonetheless.

The people have become the insurer of all the ‘too big to fail’ corporations.  We have banks paying big money for stuff designed to become worthless so that the bought and paid for government will wring it out of the taxpayers.  In the meantime, they’re going to create a catastrophe.  They get away with it all because everybody thinks their man-made disasters are random acts of God.

Is this why chemtrails are being sprayed?  I don’t know.  No smoking gun that I know of has been produced yet.  I would love to catch David Keith or Ken Caldeira playing weather derivatives!

I know some things, though.  One is that if you follow the money, you will find the root of all evil; therefore nothing evil happens without money.

What other way could financial gain be achieved by spraying chemtrails?  I can’t think of another.  There doesn’t seem to be one.  And, yes, I am aware of and The Climate Exchange.

Maybe all chemtrail spraying operations are financed exclusively by central banks and/or black-ops military budgets as I previously speculated.  Then, to their Satanic Wall Street friends, intelligence agencies hand out information about upcoming spray activities like candy.  What would an intelligence agency get in return for handing out information worth tens and hundreds of thousands and millions and billions of dollars?  I don’t know.  It would probably be very dark.

Is a draught being manufactured right now in California?  We haven’t had any significant rainfall this season yet.

Whatever the case, we must get to the bottom of chemtrails in order to put a stop to them.  The only way to do that is to fully understand them.  Out of the what, where, when, why and how, the only hereto largely unknown is why.  If the reason chemtrails are sprayed is to manipulate weather related financial markets, then I hope I have done what is necessary to expose it.



How to detox aluminum and why it's necessary

We are in the "Age of Aluminum", this according to a lecture by Dr. Chris Exley, PhD at a January 2011 vaccine safety conference in Jamaica. A common expression among those who deflect aluminum's toxicity issues is that aluminum is prominent throughout the earth's crust. What they fail to mention is that aluminum (Al) wasn't widely bioavailable to humans until the latter part of the 19th Century when it began to be mined for creating metals and medicines.

Now we have aluminum appearing in cookware, wrapping foils, beverage and food containers, underarm deodorants, tobacco, over the counter (OTC) and prescribed medicines, and as adjuvants in vaccines. Al is highly reactive with other chemicals and creates antigens to stimulate immune system antibody responses in vaccines. But the mechanics of these reactions are not understood by Big Pharma.

Dr. Exley, has been focused on aluminum biochemical mechanics for two decades, and doesn't claim to know all the answers. But he knows how wrong those who do claim to have all the answers are, and they are among the ranks of Al toxicity danger naysayers and the vaccine industry.

Aluminum body burdens

We all have some level of Al in us with which are bodies are coping. The tissues most prone to collecting and storing aluminum are those tissues with a slow cellular turnover. Cells die off and regenerate quickly on the skin, but not so quickly in bone matter, heart tissue and the brain. Those last three organs that don't have a rapid cellular turnover are most prone to collecting and storing Al.

Yes, the brain stores quite a of bit Al. And that's where MS, chronic fatigue syndromes, epilepsy, ADD, Alzheimer's, Guilliane-Barre' syndrome (a common post vaccination injury) and other neurological disorders manifest. Aluminum compounds that are injected bypass the liver and kidneys and tend to remain in slow cellular replacing tissues.

Non-ingested Al also includes smoking tobacco or marijuana, applied sunscreens and cosmetics and chemtrails. All vaccinations contain Al. Claiming they're safe without mercury, as some A1 proponents do, is incorrect. Exley also mentioned that most vaccines contain some iron -- iron combined with aluminum creates a highly biochemically-reactive compound.

In the last 100 years, we have managed to increase the Al body burden considerably. The threshold for Al toxicity varies. But the incredible increase in neurological disorders during this "Age of Aluminum" demonstrates the need for eliminating it from our bodies as much as possible.

Easy methods for eliminating Al

Dr. Exley mentions one agent that pushes out stored Al from our bodies: High silica content mineral water. He mentioned two brands, Volvic, which is sold at various Whole Food and Trader Joe stores, and Spritzer, which is harder to find.

He and his team of researchers have tested the urine to prove high silica content mineral waters do the trick. He even presented anecdotal evidence of Gardasil adverse-reaction victims improving after a few months of drinking this type of water. He recommends drinking a liter a day to reduce your aluminum body burden.

But that water's a little pricey. You can order an inexpensive pound of horsetail herbs and make teas and tinctures to accommodate a less expendable budget. Making tinctures is easy ( Organic cucumbers are high in silica also and provide yet another alternative.

As long as there pockets of Al stored in our bodies, the potential for passing the threshold of absolute toxicity exists. Reducing the Al burden is vital for optimum health even when you manage to avoid the most common sources.


Mysterious white goo repeatedly found blanketing cancer-stricken Turkish city -- are chemtrails to blame?

Residents of Dilovasi, an industrial suburb just outside of Istanbul, Turkey, have been looking for answers concerning a mysterious substance that, on numerous occasions, has been found covering cars, trees, clotheslines, and vegetable gardens throughout the city. Milliyet, a Turkish newspaper, reports that government officials are currently trying to identify the source of this sticky goo, which has reportedly made a number of people ill and ruined local crops.

According to Hurriyet Daily News (HDN), the Scientific and Technical Research Council of Turkey is conducting an investigation into the matter, but only after local media began to report that the substance could not be washed or removed from clothes, crops, and other contaminated items.

"My products were worth at least 20,000 Turkish Liras (about $10,695), but they are all destroyed now. Cabbage, leeks, and other produce items were ruined by the goo. I cannot sell these to anyone. I have to throw them away. This substance also covered the windows of my greenhouse and it blocks the sunshine," said Alaattin Illik, a Dilovasi resident and greenhouse owner.

According to Digital Journal, local officials in Dilovasi, which is a heavy industrial area with roughly 200 industrial plants around the area, have been accused of covering up the severity of toxic pollution in the area. This fact is made evident by the higher-than-usual cancer rate in the area, which is roughly 30 times higher than the national average.

But another possible explanation for the unidentified chemical blankets is "chemtrails," a chemical spraying program in which jets deliberately release various materials into the stratosphere. Following days of heavy chemtrail spraying, anomalous materials and substances similar to the kind found in Dilovasi have been observed in a variety of places around the world.

Unlike normal jet exhaust contrails that dissipate quickly, chemtrails linger in the sky and often spread into artificial clouds. In some instances, these chemtrails actually leave behind what appears to be particle dust residue, spider web-like filaments, and slimy goo similar to what is being found in Dilovasi



Chemtrails are now a deadly fact (Opinion)

(NaturalNews) Many people are absolutely convinced that the job description of the government as it stands today is to simply round us up and dumb us down. One of the best examples of government abuse that would fit this statement (Other than the FDA) is chemtrails. We've all seen them; if not, just look up to the sky. This attack on the very air we breathe is most likely the largest attack on mankind that was ever devised and it is being purposely ignored by the media. Ron Paul knows about all of this, just ask him.

These chemtrails are all under the watch of ARM which stands for Atmospheric Radiation Measurement. This is the branch of government responsible for measuring the aerosol particle scattering campaigns we call chemtrails. Their site can be found here: ( ) The reason this dot-gov site exists is simply to appease the public due to the Freedom of Information Act. Remember ARM makes it hard to see the fact they are measuring dangerous chemicals scattered into the atmosphere, but you will see that they do admit it if you probe deeply into their site. (They also admit they monitor who views their site).

These chemtrails are always full of barium and aluminum as well as sulfur dioxide, and they often contain newly invented viral strains. However, most any flu or viral outbreaks from these chemtrails can be eradicated with a formula similar to the one found here:

Put in a Google search on chemtrails. Granted, many of the small private websites are somewhat ignorant in their ideas and conclusions, but these are common people with some very legitimate questions like: "What are they doing to us and who are they"?

It is not just the media showing irresponsibility. It is almost everyone looking up to the skies saying: "They are spraying that stuff again. Oh well, nothing I can do about it. If there was anything wrong or dangerous going on they would report it on TV. I am sure they know what they are doing. I don't want to sound like one of those conspiracy guys".

The truth is, we should all be screaming at the top of our lungs and asking every local TV news station to report this on a daily basis until we force the big media to get their heads out of the sand. This is the most American thing you can do.


German Scientist Exposes Chemtrails As Military Operations

A TV news report from Germany available at: ( confirmed that the German Military is manipulating the climate in Germany. As a result scientists have filed a lawsuit against the government for climate manipulation.

The video concludes, "We can state with a 97% certainty that we have on our hands chemical trails (chemtrails) comprised by fine dust containing polymers and metals, used to disrupt radar signals."

The purpose of chemtrails, which are well documented over the United State and other parts of the world, according to researchers, is to manipulate the weather. Karsten Brandt, German meteorologist states, "The Federal Army is Manipulating the Meteorological maps."

The disruption of radar signals is the main purpose theorizes Mr. Brandt in the interview. "I was surprised that this artificial cloud was so wide-spread. The radar images are stunning considering the needed tons of dispersed elements - although, the federal army claims that only small amounts of material were propagated. The military heads claim that the substances used are not harmful."

Johannes Remmel, German Green party representative states, "The government must provide explanations to the unsuspecting population." While radar is tracking suspicious aircraft, the Germany Military then uses counterfeit satellite imagery to hide their operations.

In Germany, weather manipulation is prohibited, and I would likewise believe that it is prohibited in the U.S. as well.

Since Chemtrails are so widespread, I would rule out the idea that this is just military performing operations to disrupt radar signals as part of some sort of drill.

The forefront of these operations in the United States appears to be the US Navy, as detailed in "Death in the Air: Globalism, Terrorism & Toxic Warfare," by Dr. Len Horowitz. Many government watchdogs claim global depopulation, the targeted reduction of the world's population by two-thirds, is secretly the reason behind chemtrail spraying.

An alternative theory to explain Chemtrails, would be that a new weapon related to controlling the weather is being deployed. By creating droughts and thus famines, large populations could be easily controlled or eliminated. Other countries could be easily controlled and brought to their knees by a global power if the weather could be controlled or altered.

For a while I was confused between chemtrails, and contrails. Contrails are the exhaust of an air craft, it leaves a trail in the sky and the trail rapidly dissipates. With chemtrails, they initially look identical to contrails, but rather than the trail dissipating, the trail expands and then starts to look like a cloud. Over the Silicon Valley where I live, I daily witness these chemtrails starting and stopping from airplanes. In other words, the plane has control over the chemicals it is releasing. Also, I have noticed on some days the area is filled with a gray hazy muck, and the mountains almost disappear. This is highly unusual especially when just one day before, the mountains were totally clear.

Part of the undercurrents, at least in the United States, is the concept being marketing through radio, television and schools, that the earth is overpopulated. The idea of overpopulation, as the cause of our problems, was something that I had believed in for a time.

I believed in that idea until I realized the abundance of nature. Just seeing the amount of food produced by one healthy tree, and the millions of acres of unused land in central California, helped me understand Nature's abundance.

The creator did not put humans on earth to suffer, to starve and to die. The creator of life gave us vast resources from which to be healthy. Humans are grossly misusing earth's delicate resources, and thus we have created an experience of lack and deprivation. The lack we experience is not natural, but a reflection of our disconnection from the source of life.

Every action, thought, and feeling has a cause and an effect. Evil never will win, it cannot. But we all need to work together to bring more awareness to the dreaded reality - that our government seems bent on making this planet a military war zone.


Chemical Skies: Aerosol Pollutants From Planes Cause Disease

I had heard of the term 'chemtrails' years ago, but dismissed the idea as too "far out" to be believable. But I began to notice something in my photographs, a disturbing trend. All of the photographs that included the sky had multiple large contrails in them. So I began to watch the sky, and photograph these lines. (

Sometimes small white lines dotted the sky, other days a spider web of toxic clouds clotted the horizon. Usually four or five planes would work together, turning their 'aerosol switches' on and off as needed, sometimes trying to disguise their operations. These are not random actions by these white, unmarked C-130s, but seem to have an objective, even changing their distribution patterns day by day, depending on the weather.

Reports from all over the globe tell us this is happening over big cities as well as very rural areas.

These contrails appear differently, in their looks and actions, from the regular ice-forming contrails we've seen in the past. These 'special clouds' are quickly blown by winds into a feathery white haze that spreads and persists for hours. They begin early in the morning and work all day making these cirrus-aviaticus clouds that would stretch out and grow in size, covering the sky and obscuring the sun by late afternoon.

Some of these jets would work in tandem producing parallel lines, others would curve through the first straight aerosol trail in a back and forth S-shaped curve. If it is a cloudless day, they make short lines; on and off. Other times they are blatant and make lots of lines miles long, coming back only to fill in the last bit of blue hole left in the sky ( .

Regular contrails are emitted from airplane engines as condensation from water droplets. Chem-trailings emanate from beneath the wings or from the tails of these specially-equipped jets. These chemtrails have a distinct fingerprint - small white puffs, or balls of chemicals which 'hang' from the tailings. This is the defining characteristic of 'chemtrails', the additives are heavier than the air and 'drip' from the contrail. They have the ability to persist in the atmosphere for up to 8 hours.

Chemical ingredients in conventional jet fuel spray include kerosene, nitrogen oxides, hydrocarbons, soot particulate, carbon monoxide, and toxins such as benzene and formaldehyde ( . Due to the inclusion of silver dioxide or highly carcinogenic ethylene dibromide to the spray, a refractory halo called 'sundogs' or small 'chembows' will form within the haze, like oil on water.

A US study found jet fuel contaminates in 100% of lactating mothers' breast milk, and some infants getting ten times the 'safe' limit of perchlorate, another additive, which adversely affects brain and thyroid function.

Chemtrail particulate was reportedly tested by independent citizens and stated to contain barium (possibly BaTIO3), aluminum, bacteria, dessicated erythrocytes, molds, fungi/mycoplasma, isotopes, and a strange bio-filament that resembles spider webbing. The barium content has been tested at eight times the 'safe limit' of human exposure which affects immune function, metabolic resistance to intake of potassium, respiratory illnesses, gastrointestinal system issues, as well as environmental changes ( .

There are a few main conjectures as to why this is happening, and by whom since the US Air Force labels this a 'hoax' despite our own eyes, and the EPA refuses to analyze the particulates that have been found. Remember the assertion by the administration back in 2001, that terrorists had plans to spray us with biochemicals from small planes? Unfortunately, government agencies and the media, who should be our frontline of defense, are silent or dis-informing.

Marcus Dalton of the Las Vegas Tribune writes:

"Congressman Dennis Kucinich of Ohio authored the Space Preservation Act of 2001, which sought a "permanent ban against weapons in space," specifically banning "chemtrails" as weapons. But in a subsequent version of the bill, the "chemtrails" language disappeared entirely. The missing words suggest an eyes-wide-open denial, which says as much about the cover-up as it does about the spraying that's plainly visible in the sky." (

In a front-page story, the Akron Beacon Journal noted that Kucinich's bill "had been rewritten and the references to chemtrails and the other types of weapons were quietly eliminated." The Beacon Journal article linking chemtrails to conspiracies resulted from massive local pressure. Michel Massullo of Akron provided that newspaper with rolls of photos of plane trails and a sworn affidavit attesting to extensive aerial activity over that city."

The first hypothesis is weather control and mitigation. The assertion is that this is a way of mitigating global warming by reflecting solar heat back into space off clouds with metallic salts, but pilot operations have been seen to continue during the evenings. Another postulate is control of continental water supplies. Aerial pollutants actually cause a reduction in the amount of rainfall since haze can cut rain rates in half. Drought and lowered water tables are reported in most of the US. The large X's in the sky are believed to be placed strategically to allow for satellite tracking of drift and dispersion.

Secondly, this has a direct correlation to ion concentration in the lower atmosphere. There is a definite tie to the military's HAARP project, which establishes an electromagnetic blanket across the world. This has applications in communications disruptions, or the ability to use these electrical ions like a very large X-ray machine, seeing through walls and providing a 3-D image of people as they go about their business, also called remote viewing.

Unfortunately, it can also be used as a massive pulse generator: a weapon of mass destruction on an incomprehensible level. According to tests done on rainwater "demonstrate conclusively the presence of reactive metal hydroxides (salts) in concentrations sufficient to induce visible electrolysis in all recent snowfall samples encountered". There has also been an ELF radiation detection of 4 Hz along with the harmonics of that frequency (8, 12, 16, 20 Hzs). Thirdly, the particulate has been studied and tested to include such disease-causing materials as desiccated blood cells, fungi, heavy metals and a strange nanofilament that may have a biologic basis resembling spider webbing, but much smaller on the order of 4 microns. Morgellon's disease has been confirmed, with these filaments showing up in blood and under skin. Other health and immune-suppressing issues would be imminent. Hospital rates after this aerosol spraying jump as high as an amazing 600% due to increased respiratory complications ( .

Also, a partial list of the effects of ion disturbances upon human health include, as a minimum, the following:

* Impairment of the body's ability to absorb oxygen, leading to headaches, asthma attacks, reduced circulation in the brain and emotional irritability.

* The development of allergies. Ionized air is associated with the following conditions: allergic bronchitis, allergic sinusitis, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and chronic respiratory tract allergies. It should also be mentioned that "chronic lower respiratory disease" now ranks as the third leading cause of death in this country, and that it continues to climb in this ranking.

* High levels of serotonin in the bloodstream, triggered by excessive numbers of positive ions in the environment.

* A reduction in the body's ability to filter airborne contaminants from lung tissue.*

Could this be a mass inoculation scheme?

The fourth hypothesis is that chemtrails are a form of mass mind-control. Lots of people express feelings of extreme sleepiness, tiredness, irritability and depression after a day of living under this assault of chemical drenching day after day. This may be from a particular expression of the chemicals that indicate "interference in the metabolism of potassium" ( .

People from all over the US, as well as over the world, are reporting that this spraying is happening. The UK has admitted to bio-chem spraying of its citizens. And satellite photos confirm that these chemtrails are global, although China has been conspicuously spared. Calls by citizens to government agencies and senators have been ignored, ridiculed or redirected to the EPA.



Eyes Wide Shut: Disease and Death from the Sky

There is one source of toxins and heavy metals that is virtually ignored by most health conscious people focusing on existing food, drug, and environmental toxins. Yet it exists as the unnoticed elephant in the room. It appears very often in most skies throughout the western world. Those who dare document their existence call them chemtrails.

Contrails or Chemtrails?

The difference is obvious to the naked eye. Contrails appear only at high altitudes, are thinner or more narrow than chemtrails, and dissipate very quickly. They are never longer than a few aircraft lengths, and they don't linger at all. Contrails are nothing more than exhaust vapors that have crystallized in the upper altitude's cold air, and those small ice crystals melt or evaporate quickly.

Chemtrails are much wider and thicker. They are long enough to cover the sky from horizon to horizon. As they linger, they get even wider, and they tend to drift toward the ground or space out into artificially created cloud patterns. What separates these patterns from contrails further is that they are not normal aircraft traffic patterns.

These differences are not from atmospheric conditions. You can see chemtrails and contrails in the same sky at the same time.

Chemtrails have been observed and photographed with tic-tac-toe patterns or huge Xs in the sky. Aircraft are often seen making U-turns to spray another trail. And unlike contrails, they can be shut off and on again.

The Toxins

Analyzed residues from chemtrails always show high levels of barium, aluminum oxide, strontium, and titanium, all heavy metals that we breathe in every time they spray. If they are apparently sprayed from or close to the engines, then traces of an extremely toxic banned jet fuel element, EDB or dibromoethane, are found in collected specimens.

These are in small enough particulate forms to breath in and contaminate soils and waters. Barium salts have been aerosol sprayed as chemical warfare agents. Barium can be more toxic than lead. Chronic aluminum exposure can cause all sorts of neurological damage and dementia. EDB is a carcinogenic nerve gas agent that causes severe neurological damage.

Even if you are not feeling immediate effects from these toxins, your immune system is compromised by constantly fighting them off. One needs be almost constantly detoxing!

How Come?

The exact hows and whys are unknown. That's due to information being mostly squelched, ignored or marginalized by the mainstream media, and by government agencies at all levels. It's like a vaccine injury cover up deja vu.

Recently, the City Council of the remote and pristine Mt. Shasta, California, dismissed factual reports of wildlife dieing off from these very toxins gathered from streams, rivers, and mountain top snow. The local paper made the chemtrail activists look like conspiracy kooks.

A retired conservative couple in rural Canada became concerned with the chemtrail activity over their homestead a few years ago. They took their years of acquired information, including photos and specimens, to a regional health agency, and they were dismissed as cranks.

When occasionally cornered with a large public outcry, the higher level agencies claim that chemtrails are part of a military exercise for radar jamming using metal particulates, or that they are geoengineering with aerosol sprayed metal particulates to create an atmospheric shield for global warming prevention.

So ultimately they're not denying the existence of chemtrails. They are leaving that denial up to all those who won't look up or even accept their existence as other than contrails when it's directly pointed out to them in the sky. See for yourself.



Beware of Poisons from the Sky

There has been a controversy over what has been termed chemtrails from high flying aircraft since the 1990's. The controversy has been over their existence or reality, their content and impact on human and plant health if they are real, their purpose if they are real, and the questions of whom or what group is responsible. Regardless of any conspiratorial controversy and the fact that many are not even aware of chemtrails, the health hazards have been discovered.

Visual Reality Check: Chemtrails vs Contrails

A contrail is a normal occurrence with high altitude aircraft in cold dry air. It is a trail of jet engine exhaust vapors that have become ice particles, forming a very shiny white, narrow trail. This stream dissipates and completely disappears from view shortly. It usually extends no more than 5 to 10 plane lengths behind the aircraft. Contrails' appearance depend on atmospheric conditions, aircraft altitude, and air temperature.

What has been labeled chemtrails are different in appearance and longevity. They may appear from some aircraft while others are not emitting contrails. Although basically white in color, they are not as shiny or brilliant, more of an off white. Sometimes the sunlight passing through them creates different hues. And they appear to be more dense and much longer. They linger long over longer distances, even hours, after the aircraft has passed overhead, usually expanding laterally and becoming much wider than contrails.

So wide in fact that they often merge and become cloud like. If there are enough chemtrails in the sky, the sky becomes hazy. Sometimes these solid chemtrails can be observed slowly falling toward ground level. And this is how air, water, and soil samples for chemical analysis have been collected. Collecting samples at ground levels is impossible with contrails that evaporate at high altitude.

Since the early to mid 1990's in the USA, there have been reports and photographs of unusual chemtrail patterns from various locations throughout the USA and other world wide geographical locations. When official military or government agencies were queried by alert sky watchers, the explanations, if there was even a response, were quite unsatisfactory.

They were usually told that they were seeing contrails and there was no reason for concern. Sometimes they were told they were seeing evidence of Air Force attempts to stem global warming. These unsatisfactory responses led to sincere efforts of individuals to research on their own and network through the Internet.

Chemtrail Content Analysis from Different Sources

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in the USA has rejected offers to analyze chemtrail samples from Dr. Len Horowitz, while in Northern Idaho, and researcher Clifford Carnicom of Santa Fe, NM. But they and concerned citizens in Las Vegas, NV, Mt. Shasta, CA, and Eastern Arkansas, all managed to get independent laboratory analysis done on samples from soil, water, and the air.

The results were similar with all of them and have been reported to compare with other analysis from North American and European locations. Barium, Aluminum Oxide, Titanium, Magnesium, and BannEthylene dibromide (dibromethane) or EDB are the essential elements of the chemtrail.

Aerosol Barium salts were sprayed from planes over Panama, Libya, and during Desert Storm to make people sick and weak. Barium poisoning is worse than lead poisoning. The lungs are affected adversely. Many complaints of colds, flu, even pneumonia occur within a very few days after heavy chemtrail spraying over an area.

Aluminum causes extreme neurological disorders. Dementia, uncontrollable spasms, Alzheimer's, and Parkinson's Disease can be caused by long term aluminum exposure. Breathing in those particulates over time is a definite long term hazard.

EDB or dibromethane was banned in the USA years ago from use in all auto and jet fuels. But somehow it is appearing again in samples from chemtrail residue. It is a major component of insecticides, which are nerve poisons. It affects the nervous system especially where breathing is involved. And it is very carcinogenic.

Keep in mind that these are in tiny particulate form, enabling them to be breathed into our lungs as well as settling into soil and water. Concerned citizens in several areas where heavy chemtrailing has occurred have observed a decline in water quality and erosion of plant life. Over the past few years in the USA, lung disorders have leaped from eighth to fourth as a cause of health issue fatalities.

There are even more unusual biological anomalies being discovered in chemtrail residues as well, such as desiccated blood cells which come to life along with bacterial or viral specimens. Keeping Our Eyes Wide Shut

Many concerned independent journalists and researchers are concerned with the possibilities of sinister motives that are being hidden deliberately. Why would government health and environmental protection agencies refuse to get involved with citizens' chemtrail concerns? Why are different reasons from military groups created to placate those concerns?

In September of 2007, a major German TV outlet spread the news of a large chemtrail spraying occurrence and asked questions. The station's report included a weather forecaster who had observed strange clouds forming rapidly without the usual necessary climatic conditions. Under pressure of public scrutiny, the military there conceded that indeed they were spraying aerosol particulates. But they claimed it was only part of a war game to disrupt radar.

This reason was used in the States as well. The military called it spraying chaff to disrupt radar. But the U.S. observer who had complained to them noted that the spraying had been going on in his area for years. So how come air traffic control radar had not been affected?

The major mainstream media in the USA has ignored the chemtrail issues. Other than websites of alternative news, it has been only a few local media outlets in the U. S. that have featured stories and concerns regarding chemtrail issues. Local newspapers in the Mt. Shasta, CA area, Las Vegas, NV, and TV station KLAS in Louisiana have presented concerns regarding the hazardous materials found in chemtrail samples in those areas.

The Health Issue Remains

Despite all other issues of whom and why, which are beyond the scope of this article, the health issues remain. Health problems, especially lung and neurological, are constantly on the rise in all the areas being heavily chemtrailed. Of course, there are other factors and other health issues as well. But most of those can be avoided by not eating processed and genetically modified foods sprayed with insecticides. Not breathing is difficult. Even here in Central Mexico, a doctor once mentioned that pneumonia cases had spiked radically during and after a recent heavy chemtrailing period.



How to get rid of chemtrail and other toxins

Chemtrails, pollution, food additives and pharmaceuticals poison us daily with heavy metals, pesticides and other pollutants. Humans are caught in a vacuum of pollutants, attacking from above and below. Defeating, removing these harmful substances, is a daily challenge. Luckily, nature provided us with the tools to aid the process of elimination. Hair analyses, chelation and other therapies can be used to combat substances that we should not be exposed to in a natural world.

No official ever confirmed the existence or intention of chemtrails. Yet, plain evidence lingers in the sky, for everyone to see. These chemical particles leak into the planet and all living beings. Dangerous aluminum levels manifesting in the soil have been reported from around the US and Canada. Both substances wreak havoc in the bodily system as well. What can we do to minimize the toxic effects?

Climate 'science' gone wild: UK researchers to pump toxic sulfates into sky to promote global cooling

Deniers of geo-engineering, or man-made weather manipulation, truly are the real conspiracy theorists, as climate "scientists" have once again openly admitted that they have the technology to alter weather at will. And a recent piece in Scientific American highlights a new geo-engineering endeavor being undertaken by UK scientists, who plan to pump toxic sulfate particles into the sky to supposedly thwart natural sunlight back into space, and ultimately prevent the earth from "warming."

The report explains that the Stratospheric Particle Injection for Climate Change Engineering (SPICE) program (yes, this is a real program that confirms the existence of "chemtrails") has been given $30,000 to build a giant pipe that spews water and sulfates a mile up into the stratosphere. Supported at the end by a giant "stadium-size hydrogen balloon," the pipe will allegedly mimic the effects of a volcanic eruption, which the team building it insists will help to "cool" the earth.

The obvious idiocy of such a ridiculous project would be laughable if it were not for the fact that money, presumably derived from taxpayers, is going to be used to pump the sky with toxic particles. Any supposed "reflection" of sunlight back into space that might occur by such actions (a hypothesis that is highly disputed and is most likely a myth ) will hardly make up for the damage done to our skies in the name of climate science.

Nevertheless, the team plans to move full-steam ahead with the project, regardless of its environmental impact. And if initial tests are successful, the team plans to develop a larger version of the device that reaches 20 kilometers, or about 12.5 miles, into the sky.

Besides the strangeness of the project itself, the Scientific American report's admission that airplanes have already been used as one of the delivery modes for sulfate particles in the past also confirms the existence of chemtrails, or the deliberate aerosol seeding of the sky by planes with unknown particles.

The report clearly cites Russia as a purveyor of chemtrails back in 1999, and also talks about how the new pipe project will cost less than what it would cost to "launch thousands of high-altitude aircraft" into the sky for spraying purposes.

In reality, though, "high-altitude aircraft" chemtrail operations have been taking place for years. But in order to gradually condition the public into accepting the concept itself as normal, government and media are pretending as though chemtrails are not yet widely used, while simultaneously admitting that the technology exists (after denying it for years). Their end goal, of course, is to systematically convince the public that poisoning the sky is necessary to prevent climate change.
